Never heard of them mate so can't comment on them. IMO as long as the kit is of good quality and has multiple views you'll be OK.

Let us know how you get on with it.

ive a camcorder with a 4 hour record facility, quite small, thought about using that, also got a small webcam and could mount a lappie in the boot even?

A quick search on here shows a member called ezzzy has one installed, perhaps he'll read this thread and let you (and us) know how it's getting on.

Hi dantaximan

£550 sounds pricey, but did you manage a discount or was that list? Is this the one where you have a screen to see whats going on? Also can you play adverts on your kit?

Also wannabeahack - would you be allowed to use the pictures on your lappie if you needed to? Would it last long in the boot?

I would just like to add that LTI have bent over backwards to make sure that i was completley satisfied with the cab I can only say that up to now they have been great mind you I have only done 2000 miles in it so will kepp you all posted had one little nigggle there was a slight drone which i thought was coming from the gearbox, but Kim there top troubleshooter informed me today that it is the alternator mounting vibrating and sending a drone like sound through the front of the cab not bad i can live with it goes away at about 50 the they are at this moment looking into maybe adding rubber bushes to try and resoive the issue but dont let it put you off buying one.
Cheers Dan

My camera system cost £45.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Taxi-Vehicle-IR-C ... 5d2aa26eb9

It works just fine, super clear images, and a 32mb SD card and that's it.

If the PCO gestapo stop me, it's a fake for detterent purposes only.

£550? You must have cash to burn down in Plymouth.

I've told you, wait a year and you can have mine when I get a new Cab.

TDO discount and all.

Best be quick, as Skippy will be rushing South to find one when his council caves in and insists on WAV's.
