Location: Used to be in Lowestoft,now escaped.
I know many of the old fairways have been scrapped now,melted down to make new Skodas etc.Has anyone any idea of how many are left in the UK?.

still thousands left definately best cab ever made ! Lets see how many tx2 tx4 are left in service in another 10 years.Wouldnt swop mine till forced to by ridiculous age restrictions

What Blackpool now has an age limit?? on black cabs surely not you still have beardmores running and Autins, all held together with sticky back plastic lessons from Valery Singleton from blue peter :lol: :lol:

still have a choice here in blackpool and the vast majority still choose to run fairways.Like i said best to run most economical to repair thats my personel view .Have a age limit but can pass a older vehicle on exeptional condition and guess what people still choose fairways !
