The date for his next appearance, March.

On a friday and saturday night there is a car park that many drivers congregate in...

Stood there chatting to some of the Eastern european drivers and in rolls the subject of this thread, he was quite open about his court appearance and how he felt this was a done deal and how he was going to get off :sad:

May i say that at no time was an interpreter required for the conversation either [-X

I really hope that justice is served, one to prove that the system works and two to wipe the smug grin of his face

I just wish it was quicker - if he's found not guilty it proves the system works just as much as if he's found guilty.

It's already proved to damn slow.

It's already proved Plymouth should either move to the 1976 act or have amendment to enable section 52 of the 2006 Road Safety act to cover the 1975 act operable here.

Of course if the Courts had imposed bail conditions......

Prosecution offered no evidence.

Judge acquitted him.

End of.

Looks like the "smug grin" will remain Jay w.
