If you genuinely agreed you'd be fighting to get it stopped not doing itself and justifying it by saying it's 'their system', restriction is 'their system' but you don't like that and you're trying to do something about it. As soon as the original licensee no longer requires the license it should be handed back to the council, not transferred or sold on the back of an over priced vehicle. It's a shame not so much effort is put into stopping that practice as there is into getting the trade de-restricted
as soon as restriction is over,then plates wont be sold/transferred.
theres more than one way to skin a cat.
in the meantime I'm having a ball,and will continue to do so.
not that i give 2 hoots anymore,taxi drivers are there own worst enemies.
