If I fell over this sign, who would I sue, The Hotel manager or the Council?

I had a look at this sign on Saturday when I went to York FFS the hotel manager is taking the Hiss, just rank up and tell him to Feck off

On another note parked up in one of the car parks, went to pay and nearly had a heart attack £5.10 for 3 hours FFS I only wanted to park not buy the fecking place

Harrogate and Wakefield only £1.20 for 4 hours and free on Sundays

The sign looks well battered now, just waiting for Highway dept to remove the scrap

today i had the pleasure walking round the the great city of York with my wife during the day time

its not often i come in to town to see the what goes on

as a taxi driver my first thoughts was to see the taxi ranks during the day, to which we went to see ]being a night driver]

Muggers ally [St Saviorgate] had private vehicles parked on the taxi rank

Piccadilly taxi rank was full of private vehicles

St Sampsons taxi rank was completly full of vehicles even tho its says on the road makings "taxis only", plus a couple of traffic wardens milling about

Duncombe Place taxi rank had two cabs waiting for fares, the rest of the rank was Council vehicles doing road works + a bus and a delivery truck

and the Council are complaining that taxis are sitting on taxi ranks after 2200 hrs on Duncombe place

had a few days off and this is what i come back to

Excellent photo Stinky. However I do know that this sign was not paid for by the hotel but by the budget from the taxi licence fees which is where the new sign will be paid from. The rank is also covered on CCTV which record 24hrs so the council will be looking for the culprits.

They should easily identify the culprit, he will be wearing a hood and a balaclava back to front and a scarf wrapped round and pined at the back, and a big bulge in has track bottoms whee he keeps his ferret

Them bloody students again.
