can anyone tell me were to go to find out are sub -offices for P/Hire lawfull and do they need to have condistions put on them.

as this was the season of good will top all men and charley.

what section of the act covers this.

Sub offices within a district are legal as long as they have the required operator's license, and, if required, planning permission.

If they need planning permission then there will be some conditions, if not then not.
