... end of.

Smith, who as a police Inspector knows full well he is charged with observing your rights, will nevertheless do everything he can to negate them.

He will entice you into his lair and before you know it he's got Blain sitting in to "observe", all the while he knows, but doesn't tell you, that Blain will be witness to any self-incrimination you give them.

He will intimidate you into giving him the ammunition to place your livelihood in jeopardy.

Smith is a cop. DON'T talk to cops. DON'T EVER volunteer information. If they have anything then they can charge you and you can act under the advice of the lawyer you hire. These days there can't be many cabbies who wouldn't qualify for legal aid to pay for a legal representative.

Remember, the Tulliallan boys are trained to appear reasonable, on your side, claim they want to help you. They most certainly DON'T.

You're just a cabbie. They are out to get you. Programmed to do just that.

You think as a cabbie you should help these cops. As a public duty. That in doing so you are on the same side against a disrespectful and antagonistic public. This is false and meaningless.

And remember, when approached by ANY cop, the first thing you should do is request their collar number. You'll need it for the complaint you should be prepared to make.

Frank Smith has delivered the opportunity for these matters to be sorted once and for all.

The winds of change are upon us.

Be civil. Say nowt.

Paranoid Jim :?: It appears to be creeping in to your thinking

The first thing you should do when approached by a cop is Co-operate

If you are asked to go for an interview with a cop, take a witness or better still a lawyer, it is illegal to be interviewed without one

The cab office acted on behalf of CEC, Skull should have went to the interview with a witness or a lawyer, but naw you 2 know better

Talk about digging a hole

Please, please can all you Niddrie boys, forgive me for pointing out how abjectly pathetic you really are? I don't know what come over me, you big brash tough guys with superior intellectual prowess. What was I thinking?

A mistake anyone could make.

Oh now I remember. I was [edited by admin] myself.

I was thinking, eh ... I was thinking contempt. That's it, contempt. Some people claim it to be a reflex action when dealing with erseholes.

Sussex, I just can't make up my mind whether the ersehole formerly known as Dougie, aka redcabman, aka private reggie doesn't understand common sense or simply can't read?

Having just been told why you shouldn't co-operate with a cop who's trampling over your Human Rights, our bright boy posts that we should all ..... er ... co-operate.

Even those in the whitehoose (no longer sae white), would keep sshhtummm If they wanted to stay oot o' the BIG hoose that is.

What is dougie on? And is he fit and proper, safe to drive the public .... ?

How much is a cash harvesting lawyer? £150 plus an hour?

Another quality piece of advice from Herr Flick.

Cheaper just to be civil and say nowt. And not to respond to frivolous, malicious, unfounded and unsubstantiated allegations.

BTW What is our hapless Cab Inspector's collar number?
