I discovered this morning that flight arrivals info for all BAA owned airports appears to have been withdrawn from teletext anyone know why ?

Could still check the flight via flightstats, com but am slightly worried as I suspect BAA wants to force everyone to phone premium rate info numbers adding yet another cost to contend with

Plane finder for the Iphone works OK for me.

They'll want you to phone up on the 08 number to earn them more £££.

Heathrow was working on teletext this morning. Gatwick and Stansted were not working. Aren't those the airports that BAA were having to sell? That may be something to do with it.

Gatwickleft the BAA site a long time ago.

Google 'Gatwick Arrivals' and you'll get the new site. It's a little more mobile friendly! :D
