I hope it's to put a cap on. I'll pash myself laughing.

Imagine, you claim there's too many taxis. so a cap goes on and what is the result? Still too many taxis and no prospect of reducing them. :lol:

And the next increase in demand will be met by .... private hire. :lol:

And the market share will diminish, and the PH market share will increase, and when they get big enough, which won't be too long, why they'll offer customers up to 30% DISCOUNT. And PH will get bigger and their market share will increase, and the taxi share will decrease and work will be even harder to come by .... the Law of diminishing returns :lol:

Owners get an increased plate value as they're sold on the market or under the counter. Drivers get increased rentals and perpetual slavery. Customers get hiked tariffs to compensate for lower workloads.

Quality.

Nae wunder the trade's fecked with numpties controlling it. :lol:
