Whats the catch with mercurys free trial ? is it just software or is it hardware aswell ??? Need advise asap

You have to buy the hardware (approx £6000 for only 2 stations). The software comes kind of free but very little support.

It is cheaper to get datamaster in. Better system and features and they will come down if you need help.

Been told today that the satnav in the Autocab system is complete crap. Not bad when each 'PDA'costs £1200

Nearly forgot, Mercury costs a fortune each month for the so-called support

If you need their support line it's £60 per minute plus VAT.

Each PDA costs £1200???? Are they gold plated and powered by diamonds?

I second that, and phone support is available 24/7 and you can customise the system how you want it to run. Apart from the odd network glitch, it pretty much runs its self. Highly recommended, our job totals have increased month on month since we installed it last April.

Multiple cars can be position 1 in a plot at same time !!!
