The meeting is to be held on Wednesday the 16th and no. I won't be there. I have more respect for myself than to allow that shower of scumbags to judge me.

I'll take my chances through the courts. I'm not really interested in keeping the licence, but I'm not about to give it up without a fight and on this occasion, I believe we can win. It just depends on what stage of the game we get the result.

The prospect of compensation is whetting my appetite somewhat. :wink:

Think about it this way Frank, if we win, the whole trade benefits. Spilling your guts to the Cab Inspector in some vain attempt to keep your licence will become a thing of the past. The council might even be forced to give cabbies a fair hearing instead of forcing them to grovel at their feet just for kicks.

You might actually be afforded some rights and protections and above all equality under the law.


See it as my gift to the trade before it all goes down the toilet. Maybe I'm not a bad guy after all. :wink:

Jock1, you really should stop editing other peoples posts,
It will only baffle the easily confused, like jimmy boy.

Perhaps it is you that should go away, at least until you have something to contribute, or at least until you are able to use a forum properly.
