Perhaps it is £900 the driver takes home from the office, after radio fees. Then they claim he deducts his running costs etc from his home where he works out any bills and receipts etc.

The fact that the phc company tried to exagerate the earnings in the first place points, in my view, that the £900 is simply the takings.
Before radio dues, fuel, taxi costs etc.

Apparently according to the info I've received it is indeed £900 take home and does not include the fees for the vehicle & radio :wink:

Most people consider "take home" as the amount after ALL costs.
After vehicle costs,radio dues, fuel, tax and NI.

If it really was the case, people would be queueing round the block.

The whole thing was just a dodgy job advert, only the gullable need apply.

If some people got there own way about a national taxi licence all you would need is a sat nav and away you go :lol:
