We have now yes, we didn't have when they started coming over here 2 years ago. I have to say the flood has stopped due to the knowledge test being bought in last September.

There was one guy who went to the Council in December from Derby who couldn't speak a word of English, his wife was having to translate for him.

Just out of interest what does the knowledge test consist of in Derby?

none as the plates are restricted but a lot of people apply for the rural hackneys which are private hire in the town an ply as hackneys in the villages all you need is a white WAV vehicle under 4yrs old an then ull get the plate
