If your interested in SBC contracts you'll need to, it will then let you download a 69 page framework agreement to complete so as you can hopefully get onto the the SBC's contractor list of nice people who have such things as a Diversity policy, business continuity plan and an Environmental policy...and lots of other policies and stuff as well.
