There's not even an expensive option to do that Tam because once you answer a call, you've answered it and there's no way you can unanswer it to prevent using up the callers credit!
Quite coincidently, we've just last week been sent a couple of phone systems for evaluation that fall into the the black hole of phone systems for the small to medium size business. These literally just plug into your existing lines and gives you all the bells and whistles of a large system but at a price that's so low you could afford to buy a second unit as a spare then just say sod the maintenance contract! (less than £400)
The code module for these units has already been written and hopefully the first live system should be up and running by tomorrow night.
