Hi all does anyone have any suggestions how i can contact Mr Khaliq Ahmed from Leeds, who represents the City Cab Association and the Joint City Council?.

Ring up the licensing department of Leeds Council.

Even if they don't give you his contact details, you can pass yours onto them for them to pass onto the chap concerned.

Or maybe go to one of the biggest ranks and ask the drivers.

City cabs 6 Pickering street armley Leeds 12 or 01132469999 .... Joint trade meetings also held here I believe Tuesday's but might be wrong or Leeds station rank
