Whats the point of the show when there's a recession on, you can see most of what they show at your local car showrooms and probably get a better deal

It's not just motors that are on show.

There's a few from TDO that attend the show, so next year we'll have to organise a rendezvous point and time for those that might wish to meet others from the Forum. and have a coffee and chat.

Mr Skippy41 will have to come then.

I you sure thats such a good idea I did think of suggesting a midday rendezvous at costas bit late now though

There was definitely fewer traders there and some big gaps in the market such as no radio suppliers or LPG firms at least you don't now come out to a windscreen plastered in leaflets. Blagging wise I managed 18 pens 6 keyrings 3 air fresheners plus a few other bits and pieces

I do get the impression though that the show has lost some of its vibrancy and was a lot more subdued with the car park half empty I think it needs a serious revamp or may dissapear altogether

Indeed.

In my view it should alternate between north and south.

Oh, and bring back the hot-dogs.

Never mind Costa Coffee I could think of better places for a drink and a bite to eat. I didn't see Auriga there but I recognised the soft subtle accent of the group from the Cabfind stand and I was shown a rather delightful 'party bus', a snip at £83,000.00
