just against the facist, way like polls are not good for us as it would show out of step you are

but they are ok on a council website if it aggrees with you lot

We prefer that people say what they think, rather than saying what other people want them to say, hence we have no problem with anonymity.

Where does this so called secret society operate then? If you are refering to the Uk Taxi discussion list then I can assure you that it is not a secret society, you can even join if you fit the criteria. There seems to be more of a secret society operating on this forum.

For your second comment, well I thought that I would look in to see if there was actually any real worthwhile discussion going on in here as I thought by now that the site may have grown up and weeded out all the W*****S, but it seems as though nothing changes.

Well whoever the so called "London Guys" that you refer to are, if they would like to make comments about me then that is their perogative, if they personally know me, if they don't then how can they form an opinion?

As for you to form an opinion of me, well you don't even know me! I have a rule in life that if I am going to say something about a particular person then I must be prepared to say it to their face also, I bet that you do not hold the same principles.

As for the content and members of this site, well I'm afraid that the moderator of the secret society is the last person who should be passing comments on others.

As for the content, well cup draws, Gatso cameras and jokes really get the blood pumping. :sad:

Still at least you can have a new topic now, 'Mole in the secret society'. :wink:

Sussex, I have no control over what is passed on to other people, I am an advocate of openess, but some within our trade are paraniod about what is being said about them, that is why some, as you quite rightly say have been expelled from radio circuits due to their postings on the site. I myself have been threatened with legal action due to one of my postings.

At least people do not hide behind a cloak of anonymity, which it might add is your perogative to do so but I am afraid that I am not like that, I have nothing to hide and therefore am quite happy for people to know who I am.

The list is quite open to any member of the licensed hackney carriage trade, I did not origianlly set the rules of the list but merely carried on from where Vince Chin left offering the space for the list to continue to run.

It is now by far the longest running Taxi forum of any kind in the UK and is probably at least 4 times older than this forum, and will probably still be around when others fall by the wayside.

I really couldnt care less if there is a mole in the society, if you remember it was a mole that passed on the information that got the driver expelled from a radio circuit, I think that old fashioned London term for someone like that is "GRASS".

You seemt o knwo what is going on with the discussion list amd to be truthful, I don't really care.

Err, the post that you replied to was in reply to the post above it, which wasn't yours...the remark about the London guys was just a little joke directed towards the post I was replying to...not you Jamie...I have no knowledge of what the 'London Guys' think.

So since your post was based on an erroneous assumption, can we safely ignore it?
