Sorry, I'm a bit late to this one I'm afraid.

The best resource I know of is at www.pepipoo.com

They will pull your case to bits and tell you exactly what is and is not correct. Use the same username so I can chip in if I fancy!!!!!!!!

Seriously, that site is well worth getting involved in by all on here. Speeding, parking, DVLA; In fact any legal issues on motoring, there is a wealth of voluteer expertise on there. Give it a go.
