I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get my hands on the NALEO licensing laws that LGA use, I have tried several websites including Amazon and haven't had any success.

Either the book or the dvd, i don't mind, if i am correct i'm pretty sure there is a new edition available.

Thank you very much. I do have the book Button on Taxi's, but our council seems to go via this NALEO book.

It usually means post meridiem, but can mean Prime Minister or project manager or post mortem or pardon me [after belching] or personal message.
