Hello Guys, for all those that have done it in the past. What type of contracts do the taxi owners in here offer their staffs, and has any offered zero hours contracts.

Everyones diffrent, but I personally dont think they need contracts to be honest. At the end of the day they are just Telephonists ?

standard employment laws stand. ie minimum wage, written contract after 13 weeks, payslips, sick pay, maternity pay, disiplinary procedures etc etc.

I think that is 2 months now and not 13 weeks.

I stand corrected, thanks grandad. another director and office manager are more up to speed on these matters. perhaps it's time I had a refresher course too.
