I very much doubt those behind TDO really give a f*** about the number of hits.

A forum based website that doesn't care about the views of the trade.

Seems strange to me, but they must get their motivation from somewhere, pity we will never find out what that is, innit.

B. Suspicious  :-k :-#

Oh dear we are getting desperate.

Now I'm not going to spend the next few minutes telling you the difference between hits and views.

So please go to the dictionary, and stop acting like your mate.

Well legal advice I believe would be a good start.

I love it when you get angry Nidge

So for the millionth time, if you're so worried about solicitors and 'pretend cabbies' posting on here, why do you hail as heros the likes of the ex-bus driver who represents the T&G cab section, the desk-bound economist who wrote part of the T&G's OFT response and Gwyneth Dunwoody MP?

Oh, and as for legal advice, what about CTN's legal eagle? Is she another desk-bound T&Ger? Perhaps you should find someone capable of summarising the basics of a case report, for example - no doubt she gets some stuff right, but sadly I haven't been able to take her even remotely seriously since she attempted to proffer her views on the Castle Point case.

Just drivers on here I'm afraid Nidge, but I think some know the law and economics of the trade better than the 'professionals' at the T&G.

But at least it just goes to prove that you just THINK you know about the posters on here

But since you won't bother answering the question I proffered above, the answer is because they spout the nonesense you want to here, that's all :D

Give me strength!

As I've said umpteen times, the site was never set up to win popularity contests, so the number of hits or otherwise isn't an issue.

However, anyone can post their views, as your presence indicates.

I think the motivation should be obvious to anyone - it's basically the same as your's, but clearly with a different perspective.

The reason you find it strange is probably because you just can't believe that other drivers can disagree with you.

You on about our own Mr. ???????? of Fountain Street Manchester :D :D :D If I was wrong then why have you inserted ?????? instead of his name???    Kin ell this site gets better.

I didn't insert anything, since it's not my responsibility, and there's certainly no one fitting the description of 'your own' from Manchester - stick your pin further down the map Nidge.

As I said, you're "like the playground drug dealer who had found out the identity of the person who had 'grassed to teacher'".

As I also said above, it's not my responsibility, and if it was you would have been banned for breaching etiquette, whether or not your ramblings are correct.

It's the likes of you who give the the taxi trade and trade unionism a bad name.

Never mind, I've got a good idea for resurrecting our frontpage, thanks for supplying us with a mugshot Nidge

Yeah right.

The thing is Nigel, some people on here wish to remain anon. Nothing wrong about that at all.

However some in the trade i.e. you, seem to think you main aim in life is to open your gob and grass. The reasons for this are crystal clear, you are too thick to have a sensible discussion and too think to grasp the truth, however unpalatable it is.

In other words, a perfect example of why not to join the T&G.
