I'm looking for the thread which referred to a driver having consenting sex in his vehicle with a young girl. If I remember it correctly the LA where this driver is licensed issued a booklet about how drivers should behave. Can anybody point me in the right direction because my efforts in the search have been fruitless. Thanks in advance :D
