Wirral husband charged on suspicion of murdering wife Anne Marie Cleary


THE husband of Wirral stab victim Anne Marie Cleary has today been charged with murder.

Private hire cab driver Stephen Mark Cleary, 50, of Shakespeare Road in Wallasey, will appear before magistrates tomorrow..

Mrs Cleary, who was 41, died after being stabbed at her home in Oarside Drive, Wallasey on Saturday, August 13.

Mr Cleary was today remanded in custody ahead of his court appearance.
