It Seems to me Mr. Gateshead Angel that when you had your website up you excersised a banning policy of some proportion. I really couldn't give a chit what that policy was because as far as I can see anyone who subscribed to a website run by a moron like you had to have some kind of deficency.

It must be a breath of fresh air to come on a website like this and express your views without fear or favour. But I'll tell you this sunshine breach the rules and you will be out on your azz no matter how many nicks u have Mr paperlad.

Since when were you an administrator on this website, and so what gives you the right to threaten me. I suggest you concentrate on writing misleading lists and contacting local authorities, using the members names as your way in.

T&PH was a member only site, the rules were strict but accepted by those who joined. Its indicative of certain members that they break the rules then complain when they are enforced. Some even brought their grieviances from another site, TTF.

In the same way the purpose of this site is to champion derestriction, T&PH saught to convince councils to re-evaluate their policies and introduce a policy of managed growth.

The bottom line here is that because I have a different view of the trade than you, and because you think your better than me (based on your age and time of service) you conclude I'm wrong and your right.

You claim this site offers free speech, I for one would question that. Its not about what you post on here its about whether posters agree with the goals of the site. It is an infringement of the right to free speech to misquote, the administration of this site know nothing about context and quote just a few words of anothers post to reinforce their point or make the author look foolish. This is not offering free speech, if they were to respect the views posted then question them properly, they consistantly censor posts in this way.

This site is good, possibly the best yet, but it is by no means perfect, through banning members (and I have learned this through experience) the credibility of the site will suffer greatly if the actions are not identified and properly explained to the membership.

Well you got something right, I'm not an administrator of this site but it is clearly obvious that the administration are keeping a watchful eye on those who contribute and those who just want to use this site to vent their venom on others for no justifiable reason. You my friend have sailed too close to the wind on many occasions and when you can't win an argument you lose what composure you ever had and revert to swearing and cursing people. If that doesn't work you run away like a spoilt child and change your nick and when it is patently obvious it is you, you have the bare face cheek to deny it. It just goes to show the mark of the man who can't face reality.



A fine example of what and who you are, if you don't like the truth you substitute lies. That is typical of our man from Gateshead. Substitute fiction for fact, because the truth hurts.

I take offence that you suggest I have used another member's name in any of my dealings with local authorities, so you better withdraw that remark unless you can prove it to be fact. My list is my list and everyone knows what it is about, saving you because you don't like being reminded of how democracy works.

No offence GA, but I think the problem with a lot of people on here is that they don't understand a bit of simple English, or at least they pretend not to in order that they can make trouble.

The matter in hand has been explained perfectly clearly, and I'm not sure if Nidge has been banned for good or not (it's not up to me, and I haven't communicated with Alex on the matter), but some of the nonsense being spouted in his defence won't help his case.

But then I think that's perversely what you want, so you can spout more nonsense about censorship and the like.

By the way, are you trying to say that you were banned from here, or attempting to mislead again?

How many times have you brought this up, and proffered no evidence to support your claim?

What you seem to forget is the amount of LAs that have been involved in compiling the list.

Although I haven't been involved in compiling the list, my understanding is that no LA (or anyone else for that matter, except yourself) has made any accusations about it being misleading, and neither has the DfT, who are also aware of the list.

So you're in a minority of one GA, so keep digging
