Are we in the EU or not. EU MEMBERSHIP allows for the free movement of goods and services and people within the EU block or does the EU rules not apply in Council Areas. :?

I am getting a little confused with some of these postings.

The best way is to surely ask a question rather than let us work out what the question is.

we are getting into very grey areas here arnt we?

let me tell you something for definate, if you own a taxi, you can also get a license plate under terms given under that LA,for private hire on your taxi plated car and you can apply for a badge on thier terms then if you have a booking agent you can pick up in that LA, in your taxi as private hire.

under case law there are some other circumstances you can.

if you get pulled for picking up illeagaly can I reccomend you seek out Kearns and Co Solicitors of Swansea, they get taxidrivers out of the chit daily.

or take advice off here taking great care, cos although they claim to be taxidrivers for all you know they could be bin men.
