Well TFL must have been reading my posts, because a 3 year residence is exactly what future Minicab drivers will need if they wish to become licensed!

Hip hip hooray! Some common sense at last.

'TAXI' reports the Minicab barons had a hairy fit when they found out, because 80% of their slaves, sorry, drivers are imported on a daily basis.

Never mind! :D

Perhaps now they'll have to raise their prices even higher (if that's possible) and pay them a wage that will retain their services for more than 8 months.
