What buttons do you press to see if it's calender controlled? Cygnus or any meters will do.

I don't know, but if you can change the date put in 25th December and see if an enhanced rate pops up.

Halda ones have the year on the left when the last new tariff was set, and when you first turn them on, they briefly show the days date month and year
