Can you not accept/understand that we are all influenced, by others, what we've experienced, what we've read, everything !. We're all a product of what's went before us. We become what we are, sometimes in spite of what we've experienced, but certainly because of our past. But you're not unique Skull, you just think you are.

I actually think Skull has a wasted talent.... I think he could well become an author... fantasy of course..... but it would still be profitable....

You are correct, but no one made unquestioning blind compliance a prerequisite of being born. Unlike you, I chose to question and inform myself as to why things are the way that they are. You accept. I question, get the picture?

Oh and no, I am not unique, but I am in the thinking minority, unlike you.

See, the fact that you even think this way makes you...... let's just say, strange. What a shame.

You forget. I've been up before the council many times and witnessed for myself how people react when confronted by perceived authority. The large oak tables, gongs, statues, painting's, and gilt ceilings even the position of the seating arrangements. All very grand and intimidating to those that don't know better.

I've watched grown men turned into squeaky children who could barely speak. On one occasion, two strangers asked me to speak on their behalf, simply because they were totally overcome by what was expected of them. They were [edited by admin] themselves.

It's no accident. :-|

And the fact that you don't think, makes you....let's say, dumb. What a shame another one of society's mindless units of production.

The only person Trevor Jones represents is Trevor Jones. There is nothing selfless about your actions and if the trade happens to benefit, it's by accident and not deliberate intent. Face it Trevor, going before the council is about recognition of your own self-importance. You absolutely love it. This is where you get to play big Trevor with all the councillors. You play their game while looking for a few scraps to be flung your way. I've watched committeemen in Edinburgh go down exactly the same road as yourself. All they do is spout [edited by admin] to those who listen and look for a little pat on the back. It's more about blowing to their wives and some poor sod on holiday than anything else.

People should be given recognition for their genuine achievements but sitting with councillors, pushing around the gipsy creams, falls a little short of the mark. #-o

Skull, you've obviously not got a clue what I'm talking about. All you seem to think about is the Taxi Trade

I didn't specifically mention the taxi trade.

Try this: From a very early age, you are taught to apologise, make excuses, give explanations, to ask for permission, and to allow others make your decisions for you and to give away any control you might have. It's simply a part of your social conditioning.

In private schools like Eton and Fettes college, they learn the opposite.

In short, they are taught to lead and you to follow. :-|

It's no accident the way you are Fairplay, you never had a chance. eusasmiles.zip You do no more than you are programmed to do.

So the alternative is to live in Africa  A place where democracy doesn't exsist

The price of democracy is social regulation, those who choose not to conform normally classify themselves as Losers, you know the type Skull, look in the mirror

The way we live in our democratic country we have opportunity, i'm happy with what i've got but my brother who had no more educational advantage over me worked harder taking more opportuniies and is now a millionaire and he is still the same brother that i grew up with.

Corruption comes from a human trait called temptation, your mate Jasbar has already stated that our council could have bought him out years ago, have you never given in to Temptation Skull, Have you read the book of Temptaton, right or wrong Tempation exsist's and i believe there arn't many who have never given in to Temptation including you.

You say we are educationally programmed and that is correct, the alternative is known as Disadvantaged, you know the type Skull, cowgate etc  Education is a privalege in our country and it's what makes our democracy work.

I'm happy to conform, if you are not then thats your Human Right, no one forces you

you believe that those who become homeless are disadvantaged because they are poorly educated.

i doubt very much that that is the reason they are homeless.its probably far more complex than that.

i reckon there there are more academics who are homeless than there are academic taxi drivers.

i don't think skull is referring to the level of academic qualifications taught and achieved in this country, but rather the way we are taught to think and behave.

btw our academic levels in the state system are abysmal compared to even third world countries, but you probably think otherwise which kinda proves the point, because your told their very high by the authorities.

i don't believe education is a privilege after all we pay for for it so surely its a right ya donut

btw democracy is just a thin veil pulled over your eyes to make you think you have control.
it stops the masses having revolutions and such.

and most suckers believe it
