That’s just the way I, and I’m sure most people, (Taxi Drivers), are !.
You, on the other hand, profess to know, what everyone in the, “Trade”, are thinking, what they’re earning, what the customers are like, what the motives of the Companies and Council are, “Everything” !. Have you never considered that it might just be you that have got things a wee’ bit, “Skewed” ?.

as for the emoticons,i think they were invented because most people cant write to a sufficient degree to get their emotions over so its easier to add pictures to express emotion into what they write.
