In South Kesteven each individual company or owner sets their own fares and submit them to the council. Seems to work for them.

Its too busy work wise at the moment but I will start a thread about this in January I would be interested to know who told pete thios actually works !!!!

No one has actually told me that it works, I just assumed that it did. Now what do they say about assumption being the mother of something.
