So Mad Reg the local drug dealer is laundering money through a PH firm.....but isnt down as the operator?

Phone the police and tell them Mad Reg is laundering money.

And if the operator is allowing that to go on then they aren't fit and proper.

The only part I can see is the use of the word taxi which does seem a blatant disregard for the current laws but.......

99.99999% of the public do not see any difference in a HC and PH, if you answer the phone at any PH firm anywhere in the UK, I would bet 99.999999% of callers ask to book a "taxi".

As for the VAT, get onto HMRC to investigate becuase this does seem odd

How true this is I do not know...but... I was being told yesterday that their appeal had been rejected.... out of time..... you wouldn't think the solicitor would make that kind of mistake.... if he did... maybe some of the Manchester drivers could enlighten the rest of us.

In the long run it might have done them a favour, because I think they were pi**ing in the wind.

Manchester drivers have not been told yet. We have only been told on the grapevine. It has been said that Arrow cars renew their licence in January, an appeal can then be lodged through the Magistrates (within 21 Days). That might explain the silence.

What actions can anyone, other than the council and Arrow, take in relation to Arrow renewing their license?

This really is a one way track to losing fortunes. Someone needs to be brave enough to stand up and say FFS stop this now. :-s
