His father has got the gall to complain about him being driven on his own by a driver who's been CRB checked and might have been doing the job years to see him with supervised access because he's in Foster Care?? Jesus this country gets better by the minute.
He's in Foster Care for a reason.
It was a mistake by the Council, give the father some beer tokens for Wetherspoons that will shut him up.
