maybe our LA doesnt want PH vehicles to look like taxis, but then again why would THEY put signs our doors if that was the case?

Re advertising read section 48(2) LGMPA and then compare with
section 47 NO power exists to stop advertising on Hackney Carriages Only
P/h,in England and Wales.dont know scottish laws?
