At the moment there is nothing.....either people can't be a*sed to do the stats.....or there has been no change.

That's cos the only people interested in the stats can't afford to take time off work to do them

You mean that there are actually people out there who are interested in the stats?

Of course people are interested, but, not interested enough to do anything about it. Lets say they do the stats and it proves that since training began complaints have dropped, where would CC's arguement be then? Same goes for those that suggest training improves standards if it is proven that there is no change to the number of complaints or an obvious increase in standards then where would their arguement be?

There was a space on our NVQ forms for feedback and comments about the course.
Myself and just about everyone else wrote 'Complete waste of time, didn't learn anything' or similar.

But does anyone read the comments, or more importantly take any notice of them ? If the majority write 'waste of time' will those in a position to do so scrap the courses ?

I guess they don't take notice of them. Perhaps they think that if the taxi trade don't care about the standards of the drivers, why should they  Money for old rope as I see it and the trade make it real easy to get :D
