Very funny I'm sure, but I gave up soon after the mention of the Queen and when the numpty narrator started effing and blinding (was this filmed at King's Cross or Victoria station? )

I mean, isn't it Alex Salmond who's desparate to keep the queen.

I even saw him on TV the other night trying to claim rights in relation to the Bank of England.

You couldn't make it up

By the way Gus, talking of King's X and Victoria, did you ever work in the London area, say about twenty years ago?

What Currency shall we have?

We could be the 51st State of America and use the Dollar, or the 28th State of the European Union and use the Euro, or perhaps even stay with the UK and use the £.

But unless we create the Gibson, for ourselves, we will never be able to control our own Economic future.

I prefer the numpties in Westminster to the numpties in Holyrood, but it's a close run thing.

Nope, only ever seen the place twice. That was from the M20 (I think #-o ) on the way to the continent.

Thanks Gus. The reason I asked was that when I was working in the London area around twenty years ago I knew a guy from your neck of the woods who shared your name (I think!). He actually hailed from Angus, but lived in Aberdeen for a few years. Anyway, he moved back up to Scotland and I'm not sure where he is now, but I've often wondered if it could be you, but obviously it was a long shot.

pmsl.....you should have said his surname was Mac something, that would have narrowed it down further
