Dusty pretty much says what I say, then gets an apology from Skull... yet he tells me I'm talking [edited by admin] !. I'm so hurt. lol...

Perhaps when Skull said he was having a "bowl of soup" he actually meant "mind-altering substance"? :wink:

the thing is
in dec 2010 someone didn't renew there license at the time there were 1296 licenses this guy reapplied in may i think,and was refused as the halcrow report said 1295 not 1296(an extra one was given to mr peden as there was a mix up with his points seemingly)
this was in fact the license that mr mackay was after

then in June 2011 another guy didn't renew and it was this one i became aware of

so it is apparent that the council had no intention of advertising any of these plates.

they quote 10.3 as reason for refusal
and say that they couldnt hear me earlier because of staff shortages
and they needed the up to date survey info

however
imo they didnt need this info as demand was established so why the delay ?

or is that being to simplistic :D
