An unrestricted single tier licensing system is long overdue.

Politicians have proven that the sicriminatuion potential of 10 3 has been readily abused.

It was never foreseen that the restriction should allow councils to work to their own agenda at the expense of the rights of licence holders.

We need reform.

Sadly inm salmond's fascist nation we aint gonna get it.

We should all fear the SNPs version of reactionary, national socialist nation.
