Taxi Driver Online

In 2001, LTI introduced the TX1 Quartz LE. This was a limited edition of 100 vehicles, all gold in colour. The cabs all had special badging to the rear and on the front doors.

My mate here in Liverpool was lucky enough to get one brand new. He sold it privately and I think it went to Manchester.

I thought it would be a good idea - four years on if drivers would like to come on and we could see where they all are now.

Just leave the limited edition number (1 - 100), where the cab started out, and where it is now.

There's a 51 plate Quartz working in Edinburgh - but I don't know what limited edition number it is.

I have just bought number 16 of 100 in Belfast. Apparently it was first registered in Scotland but spent it's entire working life in Manchester. It is still a very nice cab and has been well maintained. it has a full TX4 facelift as well as a TX4 rear diff. smooth driver. I'll get some pictures up at some stage.
