No wonder they can't give it away, Image Image Image Image Image No call back, no message systems, slow as a slow thing on a slow day, takes the operator ages to input a job. You've got to see it in operation to see how wank it is.

Why don't they have anything on their website about Mercury 2?
Sounds like it's still not finished to me

Right just a quick update on the dreaded Mercury 2, it's still half built and running like a bag of bollocks, all the operators are moaning about it, it's taking them over a minute to input one job where as before they could do 3-4 jobs in a minute.

The call back is still not working but at least the break button is working, (which is getting abused by drivers).

Exel reckon they've got it running at a site in Birmingham as a trial like us, I'd love to know which firm it is or could this be more lies from agent Moore?

2000 errors last night on Mercury 2, it crashed it's arse at 12am for 20 minutes so we couldn't get any work out so we ran late again. All in all last night it crashed about 7 times the worse one was at midnight.

Perhaps you ought to arrange a protest drive past exel's offices next week maybe they might spend more time sorting it out and less time on unneccessary customer liaison calls

They are wankers of the highest order Edders, as for the drive past, it'll be a waste of time.

Whey hey it's being ripped out. It crashed it backside on Friday night for 30 minutes, no one was answering the support lines so today he's decided to rip it out and go back to Mercury 1 which is a bag of shit but it's more stable.

It's been ripped out today, back onto the more stable Mercury 1, here's me saying more stable Mercury 1. I hope Exel and their incompetent staff rot in hell.

Because if we rip it out all of the Asian drivers will leave, the boss man doesn't want that because he'll ose a load of money. The Asians can't work without it.
