Does anybody know where I might get decent legal advice about licensing in Liverpool?

I'd rather not go through all the details on here as ive been informed that LO's browse these pages (as I would in their position).

I'll go so far as to say that I was formally badged, until recently. And i'm planning on applying to another borough.

So if you had a license in Liverpool but now you want a license in another borough why do you need to know about Liverpool licensing, surely you need to know about the other boroughs licensing :? Or perhaps I misunderstand and Liverpool is the other borough :?
