They should be reported for illegally paying below minimum wage

I think I have half worked out who they are there aren't that many taxi companies in Stilton Cheese land

There was a meeting at this company last Thursday and I am told that the board operator is no longer on £4.00 per hour. She has had to take a pay cut.
I don't know if it has to be the actual person who is being underpaid that has to do the reporting or if anyone can.
There has just been a case at another company where the board operater has claimed for being paid under the minimum wage and HMRC has ordered the company to pay up. The company has appealed against this at the moment and it is going to court or tribunal.
