Seems the type....who just does as he pleases....thinks those enforcing the rules are always in the wrong....then splatters it all over the internet....and then complains when people are reading it.... #-o

Anyway....I'm just surmising....because he uses that extremely irritating writing style....which when faced with....in several hundred words of text....I just can't be bothered....reading.... :lol:

Not very easy on the eye is the letter he wrote, I had to squint while readin it.
