Dropped for lack of evidence? WTF?

Even worse are the two numpties standing by - you'd think they were watching paint dry or something.

And the woman in the minibus - just gets out for a look then gets back in.

Of course, for taxi drivers all this has a certain resonance, because we're used to numpties walking in front of us, but most of us manage not to lose it.

Reminds me of one or two recent cases on here - of course, fare disputes are often the cause of things like this as well.
