But as his signature states, one shouldn't take a blind bit of notice of him.

P/H is not H/C.

I'm grateful for that clarification.

As for the rest, well you make yourself look a fool.

Once again Suspect you are resorting to personal attacks.

This is normally a sign of a person who has lost an argument.

You should have known before you became a P/H chit what rules you operate under.
The rules were there long before you came along and will be there long after you are gone.
So, if anything mr Suspect, you look more the fool as the courts ruled on my side !!

PH and HC,both allowed to use bus lanes in Dundee, but I think the problem arises that when joe public sees the PH using them, they think it is a normal saloon car,and think bu--er this if he or she is using this lane,so am I.
Then the problems start.

As I said, anyone you generalises that all PH are chit, is a fool.

Excuse me mate...............

I worked in P/H as well.............yes.

BUT

I worked by the rules and when I thought I want to work under different rules, i.e. H/C then I moved to H/C.
Okay ?
Suspect doesnt want to follow the rules as they are (as known to ALL that enter P/H) but he wants to change them to suit him irrespective of what others think or how it may affect them.
This is my argument.
I too, have many friends and family in P/h.
They are happy doing what they are doing and I am happy doing what I do .

I said ''you don't WANT to follow''.

You must have been aware of P/H and what it entailed.
Now you want a free for all by De-Limitation so that you can pick up off the streets.
Read the OFT report and it says that the drivers who come on to H/C invariably come from P/H after de-limitation.
There are no ''NEW'' drivers.
Once again I say to you if you want to be a H/C driver then by all means get a H/C licence or whatever may be appropriate in your area and join us.

You make it sound like Sussex wants to pick up off the streets in a PH vehicle. Not true.

You also misrepresent the OFT report in relation to PH drivers.

You also even manage to completely misquote yourself!!!

When GA complains about misquoting posters and official documents, it's people like yourself he should be aiming at, not TDO!!
