Bolton Council are to demolish a building that was partially purchased with Taxi/PH funds. They intend to stick the proceeds from the sale of the land into council funds. Any advice or support would be appreciated to prevent Bolton council from stealing approx £120,000 from us.

who holds the deeds ? If its the council then you have very little chance other than to threaten legal proceedings to recover your share of the proceeds of the sale
