ive come off the southbound M6 toll for Lichfield/Derby A38 northbound

ive come through the toll tag lane (furthest right hand lane) and proceeded

200yds and im off doing 50mph in the right hand lane where the road bends right and goes under the A5


suddenley theres a silver scudo car in my lane.......heading FOR me, south down the northbound carriageway

it took me a while to realise what i was seeing which was when the anchors went on 150% and ive slid to a stop

the driver of the scudo waved and turned round, and headed off (north this time)
how he got on the wrong carriageway i just dont know


i really need a career change i think

we only get that on the A1 sliproad with the A43 I wonder if there were any cameras saw it and did you get his registration ?

was just happy to be in one piece to be honest

id also got a range rover to my left (heading same way as me) so i couldnt go to my left, and wasnt sure the oncoming car wouldnt swerve into that lane anyway!

Must be the weekend for them, I came off Junc 28 on Sunday morning and headed to wards Sutton in Ashfield on the A38, I'd just come off the roundabout onto the A38 dual carriageway where the two hotels are only to be met by a car coming towards me the wrong way down the dual carriagway towards the roundabout. They'd obviously turned right instead of left, stupid people need taking off he road.

my mate came off the m6 north to to mansfield, 15 minutes later he woke up as a paramedic was putting a neck brace on him in the cab of his 7.5tonner

an artic had come up behind him full pelt, rammed him into 3 cars infront of him, that was october, hes only just gone back to work and been allowed to drive again

Yeah it's Mansfield and Pinxton, the A38 East heads towards Sutton and Mansfield, by the looks of it he was a bit on the old side.
