I dont discount and nor do I whine about those that do....Its a big enough world out there for all of us, I just prefer to let folk travel in Comfort rather than have them travel in a heavily discounted rattlewagon.

bid too high and you dont win the run, and thats under EU law, also bids cannot be revealed to other bidders, once placed all bidders are informed where they came in the bidding, or, in leics cc case, a website reveals all...
