Yh its good eddie.
But i was in northampton working hackney i was not even talking £250 after fuel and expences for 60hours week,
So i decided i have to get out of there so yh i did wrisk alot of money but that money was from a cab i sold in oldham so didnt exactly take it out of my pocket but know i am happy with it all I've also relised that even if deregulations happen ill just have to put up with it.
I know that there's a few on here who not a big fan of buying and selling cabs but well its my money my life so i could do whatever i like with it.
I bought a licence to work a job i had to provide for my family so i went ahead and i did it,
My family are happy with my earnings and my choise of buying so its all good.

Be lucky :)

I think some points are being missed.

Personally I couldn't give a stuff what other drivers earn, the more they earn the better.

However the more drivers talk up their earnings, the longer the queue will be to join us.

And it's no good earning fortunes if you end up with no family.

Those who think any of us are earning fortunes for the hours worked really are delusional ! As i said if your scraping a living your doing ok.

Better edit it with sober eyes I suppose, in the good old days I could say you are telling the truth, maybe you are now, but splashing it all over the shop isn't helping the other 200k of us who £40 pd is a good day right now, you don't say if you are on circuit or indy either, if you are indy I'd say you are deffo winding up, if you are with a dominant PH office as well then I guess £700 pw gross is possible, how you've managed to get a driver who pays you in £350 is beyond me, he'd be better off getting his own PH car if he's wedging in like that, you are getting 3X what a day driver pays here, and even then most of them don't see £200 to themselves afterwards either.

So after intially ballsing up by thinking you were taking £26ph every hour I can now see how you attained those sort of figures, had you said I usually do around £500 after paying out I wouldn't have batted an index finger, oh well if you are doing that well good on yer glad to see someone is still making it pay.
