It would appear that warboys, since found guilty was not suspected, alledgedly

Ok..lets apply the same logic as his Victims lawyer does, then we sue His Parents for Having him, their parents for having them.

Then the Police for not knowing he was a rapist, then his primary one Teacher for not picking up on the fact that he was going to be a rapist at some point in the future.

Has the British justice gone mad to even indulge this farce..

You cannot sue God. There is Case law on this. Nebraska State Senator Ernie Chambers tried in 2007. The case was dismissed because as God does not have an address at which he could be served, he could not be legally notified.
